Classic Pigs in a Blanket

These crescent-wrapped mini pigs in a blanket bake up golden and crisp, and they never last long on a party table. The smart cut and seam-down roll keeps every bite tidy, so trays travel well, hold on warm, and reheat clean without getting soggy.

Make one pan or three, then serve with mustard, ketchup, or warm cheese dip and watch them disappear fast.

Why These Work

  • Thin dough strips wrap tight and bake crisp.
  • Seam side down keeps rolls sealed and tidy.
  • Hot oven browns the dough while mini sausages heat through.
  • Parchment helps the bottoms stay crisp.

For a full party spread, these pigs in a blanket pair nicely with other finger foods such as my Ham and Swiss Sliders, Cowboy Caviar, Street Corn Cups, and Beer Cheese Dip. You may even want to make these for an easy sheet pan dinner.
