Instructions
Using a personal blender (or hand whisking in a bowl), blend the egg, cheddar cheese, cream cheese and bacon just until combined.
Stir in the green onions. Season with salt and pepper.
Pour the mixture evenly into the egg bite molds up to the “Max” fill line.
Place the mold in the cooker and close the lid. Plug in the egg cooker.
After about 7 minutes, or when the green light turns off, carefully remove the egg tray from the cooker.
Let stand a few minutes. Then invert the egg bites on to a serving plate.
