Ingredients
 

  • 2 tbsp freshly ground black pepper
  • 2 tbsp garlic powder
  • 2 tbsp kosher salt
  • 2 tbsp paprika
  • 1 tbsp onion powder
  • 1 tbsp ground coriander
  • 1 tbsp dried dill
  • 1 tbsp crushed red pepper flakes

Instructions
 

  • In a small bowl, combine paprika, pepper, salt, garlic, onion, coriander, dill, and red pepper flakes. Use immediately or store in an airtight container for up to 6 months.

Cooks Tips

The ingredient count for seasoning blends does include salt and pepper.
Variation
Marinade: Combine 1-1/2 tbsp seasoning blend with 1/2 cup virgin olive oil and 1/4 cup red wine vinegar. Mixture will be enough to marinate approximately 2 lbs.
